In reference to the coming winter season we are performing preventing maintenance of the heaters in all apartments in the complex. As a result from the low temperatures we have to turn on and off (for short time) the heaters and the water in the apartments situated in the outer parts of the building. The purpose is to avoid freezing and cracking of the pipes. This is the reason why you may have minimal usage of electricity and water though the apartment has not been used.

To owners who have negative current balance

Forego Property Management Ltd would like to announce that will not pay utility bills and local tax to the owners whose balance is negative. Please, check your balance. Forego Property Management will start paying those bills as soon as the owner covers his expenditure.
