Important announcement to the attention of all owners.
We would like to announce that Municipality of Chepelare has changed the calculation scheme and has increased the percentage value for calculation of the annual local property and garbage taxes. As a result tax cost for 2010 is much higher than last year. For details please, enter apartment status check section on our web site.
