Important announcement to the attention of all owners.
We would like to announce that Municipality of Chepelare has changed the calculation scheme and has increased the percentage value for calculation of the annual local property and garbage taxes. In two weeks we will be ready with the first wild animal nook in the resort. Situated close to the Castle complex our animal nook will show visitors some of the most popular local wild animals such as hind and fawn in their natural surroundings.
