In reference to the coming winter season we are performing preventing maintenance of the heaters in all apartments in the complex. As a result from the low temperatures we have to turn on and off (for short time) the heaters and the water in the apartments situated in the outer parts of the building. The purpose is to avoid freezing and cracking of the pipes. This is the reason why you may have minimal usage of electricity and water though the apartment has not been used.

Important announcement to the attention of all owners.
We would like to announce that Municipality of Chepelare has changed the calculation scheme and has increased the percentage value for calculation of the annual local property and garbage taxes. During last few weeks Forego Property Management Ltd has signed contracts with two more tour operators: Tural and Neva. For the moment our partners for winter season 2007/2008 are: United Travel, Astral Holidays, Tural and Neva. The company is still negotiating with other leading tour operators.
