In reference to the coming winter season we would like to ask you to collect all personal items (which are not included in the inventory list) in a box with max size of one cubic meter every time you are leaving the apartment. The box should be sealed and given for safe-keeping in the complex storage till your next visit.

Important announcement to the attention of all owners.
We would like to announce that Municipality of Chepelare has changed the calculation scheme and has increased the percentage value for calculation of the annual local property and garbage taxes. | Preventive maintenance of the heaters |

In reference to the coming winter season we are performing preventing maintenance of the heaters in all apartments in the complex. As a result from the low temperatures we have to turn on and off (for short time) the heaters and the water in the apartments situated in the outer parts of the building. The purpose is to avoid freezing and cracking of the pipes. This is the reason why you may have minimal usage of electricity and water though the apartment has not been used.
