We would like to announce that Municipality of Chepelare has changed the calculation scheme and has increased the percentage value for calculation of the annual local property and garbage taxes. In reference to the coming winter season we would like to ask you to collect all personal items (which are not included in the inventory list) in a box with max size of one cubic meter every time you are leaving the apartment. The box should be sealed and given for safe-keeping in the complex storage till your next visit.
