In two weeks we will be ready with the first wild animal nook in the resort. Situated close to the Castle complex our animal nook will show visitors some of the most popular local wild animals such as hind and fawn in their natural surroundings.

Important announcement to the attention of all owners.
We would like to announce that Municipality of Chepelare has changed the calculation scheme and has increased the percentage value for calculation of the annual local property and garbage taxes. In reference to the coming winter season we would like to ask you to collect all personal items (which are not included in the inventory list) in a box with max size of one cubic meter every time you are leaving the apartment. The box should be sealed and given for safe-keeping in the complex storage till your next visit.
