С оглед на започващия зимен сезон се извършва профилактично пускане на всички отоплителни тела в апартаментите в комплеса. В следствие на ниските температури в по-крайните и външни апартаменти се налага регулярно краткотрайно пускане на отоплението и водата, за да се избегне замръзване и спукване на тръбите. Поради това, е възможно да се отчете минимално потребление на ток и вода, въпреки че апартаментът не е използван.
