Forego Property Management will look after and keep your property in good order at any time. This also includes key handling, full organisation of paperwork, permanent communication with the property owner at all time, visiting of the property once on every two weeks to make sure that everything is fine, representation of the property owner before third party service providers (inclusive electricity and water supply companies, electronic security companies, etc.). Our local team will also pay the utility bills and annual local tax on your behalf. If any repairs are needed we can arrange for a qualified technical person to visit the place and fix the problem. 
Please note that the below mentioned annual charge does not include the cost of the bills or services provided. 
The most important requirement which we have to have a key from the property and a power of attorney in order to provide these services. 


Maintenance of communal areas: 


Apartment blocks and complexes of holiday apartments require serious maintenance of their communal areas, so that the buildings and surrounding areas are kept clean and in good order as required by the law. The quality and standard of communal areas are of crucial importance especially for the complexes of holiday apartments which are rented to tourists on short-term basis.
Forego Property Management and our highly qualified local teams of cleaners, technicians and gardeners will provide all necessary services required for the good upkeep of the common parts of your building. 


The annual charge for management and maintenance is calculated according to the total size (actual area plus common parts) of your apartment. The charge varies from 6 to 8 Euros (VAT not included) per square meter per year and depends on the period for which you are paying in advance:

  • If you pay for one year the charge is 8 Euros (without VAT) per square meter per year.
  • If you pay for three years the charge is 7 Euros (without VAT) per square meter per year.
  • If you pay for five years the charge is 6 Euros (without VAT) per square meter per year.


The annual charge will also cover the bills for lighting, electricity and cleaning of your commuanl areas, maintenance of your elevator, maintenance and watering of communal garden, organisation of repairs (if needed), etc. 

Properties located outside the towns/resorts where our local office is will be charged additionally at 0.20 Euros/km for covering the transportation costs. 


We reserve the right not to accept a certain property for servicing.
